Reviewers from external providers (Garmin Health API, Strava, COROS, Suunto) or any other interested party may request access to source code and technical documentation (data-handling overview, security posture, etc.) by writing to [email protected]. That documentation is prepared and delivered on request.

Each user's personal data belongs to the user; we only process it as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Conditions of use

• The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We run scheduled maintenance and respond to incidents as fast as we can, but we do not offer a contractual SLA.
• Users agree to use the service lawfully, diligently, and respectfully. Any attempt at privilege escalation, abusive scraping, denial of service, identity spoofing, or other unlawful conduct is prohibited.
• The service may integrate with external providers (Strava, Garmin Connect, COROS, Suunto). Connecting is voluntary and can be revoked at any time from the "Integrations" section. Use of these integrations is also subject to the terms of the corresponding provider.

The information, scientific models, and recommendations shown by the app are training-support tools. They do not constitute medical advice, individualised sport prescription, or professional counselling. Users are responsible for adapting loads and protocols to their own circumstances and, where appropriate, consulting a physician, physiotherapist, or qualified coach.

The operator is not liable for any damage arising from misuse of the service, misinterpretation of the metrics, or training decisions made based on them.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to external resources (Strava, Garmin, scientific-paper repositories, data-protection authorities, etc.). The operator does not control the content of those sites and assumes no responsibility for them.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by España (Reino de España + Unión Europea) law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer user's domicile when applicable; otherwise, to the courts of the operator's domicile.
